• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – when the contact concerns taking steps before entering into a contract or providing a service,

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to send and handle a message via the contact form. Failure to provide data may make it impossible to respond.

Data may be transferred to entities supporting the controller in maintaining the website and handling technical infrastructure, in particular hosting and e-mail service providers.

For this website, the provider of server infrastructure and e-mail service is LH.pl.

6. Place of data storage

Data sent via the contact form goes to an e-mail inbox handled on LH.pl servers. The controller does not currently declare any additional storage of messages in a separate CRM system or separate contact database, unless this is indicated in the future.

7. Data storage period

Data will be stored for the period necessary to handle correspondence and contact with the user, and then for the time needed to secure possible claims or fulfill legal obligations.

Each data subject has the right to:

9. Attachments sent by the user

The user may attach files to the form in the following formats: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, webp, heic, heif, txt, csv, xls, xlsx, doc, docx, zip, mp4, mov, webm, avi, mpg, mpeg, wmv, 3gp, 3g2, ogv.

The total size of attachments may not exceed 25 MB.

The user should not send excessive data or particularly sensitive information in attachments if it is not necessary to handle the matter.

The controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting personal data against loss, destruction, unauthorized disclosure, or access by unauthorized persons.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The content of the Privacy Policy may be updated in the event of changes in legal regulations, the way the website operates, or the scope of services provided.
